Roof terrace. A first floor apartment without any outside space really wasn’t the best place to live especially on sunny days (and it’s always Sunny in Cornwall!).

Garage conversion. Although the old green cladding certainly blended into the surroundings, I think you’ll agree the black tin looks much better! #ecobuild #ecobuilding #ecobuilder #ecoconstruction #sustainableconstruction @cladcoroofing @cladcoprofiles

Insulation. Absolutely key to all buildings to save heating costs. Either adding it to old buildings or topping it up on later ones.

We used I-Joists for this garage conversion pitched roof.
